This role is critical to ensuring both the technical and artistic quality of projects, as well as enabling efficient cross-departmental collaboration. **What will be your main mission?** ● Collaborate closely with Producers & VFX Supervisor to define and achieve production goals. ● Lead and motivate CG teams throughout production. ● Develop, maintain, and optimize production processes, techniques, and workflows. ● Support the production department in technical planning and in estimating resources and timelines. ● Ensure smooth communication among all departments involved in production. ● Proactively identify potential technical issues or gaps requiring research and development (R\&D) before they reach the artist teams. ● Coordinate human and technical resources with supervisors from each department. ● Work with the TD/Pipeline team to ensure the studio’s technological infrastructure meets real production needs. ● Collaborate closely with creative departments, Art Director, and Artists to guarantee the technical and artistic quality required by the studio. **What do we require from you?** ● Minimum 5 years of experience in full CG feature animation or high-end VFX production, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles. ● Solid understanding of CG production processes, including modeling, shading, rigging, animation, effects, lighting, and rendering. ● Experience in collaborative production environments and interdisciplinary workflows, especially pipelines based on Open USD. ● Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Maya, Houdini, Nuke, etc.) and experience working with Pipeline/TD teams. ● Fluent and professional command of both Spanish and English, both spoken and written. ● Proactive mindset, leadership abilities, and strong technical understanding of CG and VFX production processes. **What do we offer?** * Flexible start and end times. * Flexible compensation to maximize the value of your salary. * Amazing facilities, including chill-out zones and a terrace, where you can enjoy your afterwork every Friday with the team.
