**Technical Architect** ======================== **About Us** ------------------ We are a global company specializing in the rental and pay-per-use of tools, machinery, structures, and industrial equipment, with over 10 years of experience across a wide range of applications and sectors: construction, rehabilitation, events, industry, installation, landscaping, cleaning, and DIY. **Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking a Technical Architect or Engineer with solid experience in the **design, structural calculation, and certification of scaffolding systems**, specifically for **public works projects**. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that proposed technical solutions are safe, efficient, and fully compliant with current regulations. Your workplace will be our office in **Leganés**, with frequent travel required to construction sites across southern and central Madrid. If, in addition to your technical expertise, you have experience in budget management or prior experience working with multidirectional scaffolding systems (e.g., Layher or similar), we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Functions** -------------------------------- * **Structural Design and Calculation:** Prepare assembly drawings and perform structural calculations (facade scaffolds, access towers, formwork supports, and stabilizers) using specialized software (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar). * **Public Works Management:** Draft and sign Assembly, Usage, and Dismantling Plans. * **Technical Site Visits:** Travel to construction sites to take measurements, conduct on-site layout, and provide technical advice to clients. * **Certification and Safety:** Conduct periodic inspections of installed structures and issue completion-of-assembly and safety certificates. * **Commercial Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to estimate complex technical solutions, optimizing the use of in-stock materials. **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in a similar role (specialization in metal structures or scaffolding will be highly valued). * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * **Competencies:** Strong analytical ability, on-site problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills for interacting with site managers and official bodies. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory for site visits). **What We Offer** ------------- * Permanent contract with a growing company. * A dynamic project offering autonomy in managing technical site visits across the Madrid area. * Continuous training and opportunities for career advancement within the technical department. * Company car for conducting site visits. * Competitive salary. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00; Friday, 8:30–14:00. **Details** ------------ ### **Employment Type** Full-time ### **Salary** €30,000 gross/year \- €38,000 gross/year ### **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Homs Rentals \- Barcelona** ----------------------------- **Share This Job Posting** ------------------------- Follow us!
