The ideal candidate will possess deep platform knowledge—including its integration and automation capabilities—as well as experience designing scalable, secure architectures aligned with business needs.
You will participate in the IAM project and be responsible for defining, evolving, and governing the ServiceNow architecture, ensuring adoption of sound technical and architectural best practices, as well as proper integration of the platform within the organization’s broader technology ecosystem.
This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and business-engagement skills to ensure implemented solutions deliver value and sustain long-term platform viability.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and govern end-to-end technical architecture—including workflows, integrations, data models, security, performance, and scalability.
* Ensure the platform architecture complies with corporate security standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and governance policies.
* Define and contribute to the platform’s architectural evolution—including upgrades, adoption of new capabilities, and integration strategies with enterprise systems.
* Participate in evaluating and defining ServiceNow-related initiatives, ensuring architectural decision consistency and appropriate technical coordination across teams.
* Establish and promote architectural best practices, development standards, and platform governance principles.
* Monitor platform performance, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation actions to ensure solution stability and scalability.
* Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
* Serve as a technical reference for developers, functional analysts, and other architects, driving adoption of best practices.
* Ensure the platform’s long-term technical sustainability—balancing innovation, maintainability, and stability.
* Ensure architectural decisions maintain alignment between business needs and the platform’s technological evolution.
* Collaborate on prioritizing technical initiatives and architectural decisions, contributing criteria related to feasibility, scalability, and business value.
* Act as the technical reference point for internal stakeholders, project teams, and vendors on ServiceNow architecture matters.
**Your Profile**
-------------
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent role within complex organizations or enterprise environments.
* Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and in-depth knowledge of multiple modules—including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or similar.
* Demonstrable experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow architectures.
* Ability to translate business needs and objectives into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions and architectures.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and platform security architecture.
* Experience in platform governance, scalability planning, and technical risk management.
* Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into architectural decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
* Holistic understanding of large-scale platforms like ServiceNow across all technical dimensions: architecture, security, performance, operations, and integrations.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Experience contributing to corporate technology roadmap definition.
* Participation in platform governance models or Centers of Excellence (CoE).
* Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical teams.
* Experience in large-scale digital transformations based on ServiceNow.
* Experience engaging with executive leadership to define and evolve technological capabilities.
* Experience in long-term technology planning and managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow ecosystems.
