We are waiting for you! **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AT SAUR** Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager for O\&M based in Madrid. Responsibilities: * Preparation and submission of bids for nationwide integrated water cycle O\&M services. * Preliminary analysis of O\&M tender specifications for the integrated water cycle. * Organization and supervision of project teams. * Setting deadlines and monitoring progress. * Review and validation of proposals. * Prepare, in coordination with the finance department, cost and feasibility studies to be included in bids. * Develop, together with technical departments, the technical documentation for proposed solutions included in bids. **YOUR PROFILE** * University degree in Engineering (hydraulic field), Environmental Sciences or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in public tenders and bidding (preferably in Operation and Maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, including modeling). * Knowledge of digitalization technologies, water network efficiency, and sustainability in the integrated water cycle. * Knowledge of maintenance and operation of wastewater and/or drinking water treatment plants and water supply and/or sanitation networks. * Understanding of financial aspects and commercial relationships. * Intermediate level of English, French or other languages will be valued positively. **YOUR BENEFITS AT GESTAGUA** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. * Participation in innovative and challenging projects. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Immediate incorporation under a full-time permanent contract.
