We are waiting for you! **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AT SAUR** Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager for concessions based in Madrid. Responsibilities: * Tender Analysis and Feasibility: Thoroughly review tender specifications to assess the feasibility of various solutions and provide key information to management for decision-making. * Cost and Feasibility Studies: Develop cost and feasibility studies together with the finance department to be included in bids. * Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for proposed solutions in coordination with relevant technical departments. * Results Monitoring: Continuously monitor results of submitted bids and analyze their profitability, proposing adjustments according to management objectives. * Feasibility of Potential Projects: Collaborate with the development department to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of potential projects. * Collaboration in Other Areas: Work alongside Project Managers from other areas (such as concessions and construction) to develop technical and economic documentation for other types of bids.
