If you are passionate about Labor Law, enjoy working closely with business operations, and seek an environment where you can add value, assume responsibilities, and continue growing professionally, we would love to meet you. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Provide comprehensive advisory services in Labor Law and Social Security. * Manage judicial proceedings before the Social Jurisdiction and the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. * Draft contracts, agreements, legal reports, and specialized consultations. * Represent and assist the client before the Labor Inspection and other public authorities. * Become a key reference figure for one of our principal clients. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Law and/or Labor Relations. * **Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession (**Bar association membership as a practicing lawyer) * **4 to 10 years of experience as a Labor Lawyer** in a law firm. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-oriented skills. * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with practical insight. * **Availability for frequent travel to Lleida (mandatory requirement)**. **What will you find at o\|a?** * The opportunity to join a rapidly expanding law firm. * A stable, challenging, and highly visible project. * Direct involvement in matters of significant business relevance and impact. * Genuine professional development and progressive autonomy. * Organizational flexibility and telework policy. * Intensive work schedule on Fridays and during summer. * Competitive remuneration aligned with your experience and contribution.
