We seek a professional with experience in comprehensive construction project management, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset who wishes to join a stable project offering professional development opportunities. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise construction project execution. * Coordinate in-house teams, collaborating companies, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Conduct technical and financial monitoring of projects. * Control certifications, measurements, and work scheduling. * Manage procurement and resource contracting for proper project execution. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards. * Maintain communication with clients, technical management, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Prepare progress reports, cost control reports, and construction status updates. Requirements * Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent degree. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a Construction Site Manager on civil engineering, urban development, infrastructure, or construction projects. * Knowledge of planning, economic management, and cost control. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Proficient use of construction management software tools. * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness to travel within Catalonia.
