Selected candidates will participate in a program combining on-the-job internships with training focused on professional and business competencies in international environments. Internships will be conducted within the Facilities department. The ideal candidate is an Engineer with foundational theoretical knowledge in energy, engineering, occupational health and safety, and services, to complement their theoretical\-practical training by joining a plant-based team composed of professionals with extensive experience in these areas. Knowledge of occupational health and safety and energy is valued, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Minitab. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring and management of supplies. * Occupational health and safety management (training, PPE, risk assessment) * Preparation for ISO 45001 audit (occupational health and safety) * Preparation for ISO 50001 audit (energy) * Layout design and implementation * Proposals for Continuous Improvement and implementation (Innova Program) * Participation in Kaizen activities * Implementation and audits of 5S * Training in 6Sigma techniques * 6Sigma projects (basic level) * Technical presentations and studies Minimum English proficiency required: B2 COMPANY OVERVIEW: Celestica (NYSE, TSX: CLS) is a US$5\.6 billion global leader in the delivery of end\-to\-end product lifecycle solutions.
