Job Summary: We are seeking a physiotherapist for a specialized center focused on Pilates and Physiotherapy, offering real clinical autonomy and dedicated time to treat patients. Key Highlights: 1. A close-knit and peaceful work environment with loyal patients. **Ohana (Tres Cantos) is looking for a physiotherapist!** We are a small center specializing in Pilates and Physiotherapy located in Tres Cantos. We conduct individual sessions and small-group classes of up to 3 people: no patient assembly-line scheduling, with real-time attention to ensure quality care. We aim to welcome someone to our team starting in September, with an indefinite-term contract and stable employment. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract from day one. * Working hours Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM (20 hours per week). Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. * Competitive salary, above the collective agreement. * Real opportunity to expand to full-time hours in the future. * You will combine individual treatment for private patients with group Pilates classes (maximum 3 people). **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. * Minimum 2 years of experience in physiotherapy treatments and delivering group classes. * Training in pelvic floor or traumatology (either one suffices to begin). * A flexible, proactive, dynamic person eager to continue professional development. **Bonus points (not disqualifying)** * Experience with pregnancy and postpartum care. * Diathermy, EPI, or ultrasound therapy. **Why Ohana?** * Small, close-knit team. * Real clinical autonomy. * Sessions with sufficient time—no assembly-line patient treatment. * Loyal patients and a tranquil environment.
