Main responsibilities: * Identify opportunities in European programs aligned with the company's strategic lines * Promote group participation in European projects by facilitating the creation of consortia and strategic partnerships * Advise and support the preparation and drafting of project proposals, ensuring their quality and compliance with calls for proposals * Manage proposal submissions, including coordination of documentation, compliance with requirements, and deadline control * Monitor and report on the technical and financial execution of awarded European projects * Drive the company's internationalization through participation in European networks and consortia **Requirements** We are looking for a candidate with a university degree and experience in **European Project Management (Erasmus \+)** * At least 2 years of experience in managing European projects, preferably within programs such as Erasmus \+ * Proficiency in English (preferably C1 level), both written and spoken.
