### **Your Mission**
As part of the operation and management of buildings and infrastructure technical systems (TGA), the Digital Facility Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Facility Management across all support services: Works Coordination, Technical Department, Occupational Safety, Logistics, Biomedical Engineering Unit, IT, and Finance.
They collaborate with various CHL departments to identify functional requirements and integrate them into Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) solutions. In partnership with relevant teams, they lead the deployment and evolution of the CAFM platform while ensuring coherent structuring of data and processes to serve all professional domains.
They organize functional and financial flows as well as interfaces between the various information systems within the Facility Management domain, particularly with SAP.
The Digital Facility Manager also ensures the integration of existing buildings, the New Central Building, and future constructions to sustainably optimize infrastructure management and support the digital transformation of technical services.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the deployment, enhancements, and continuous improvement of the CAFM platform.
* Administer and ensure the day-to-day proper functioning of the solution.
* Gather, analyze, and prioritize user needs to propose suitable solutions.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.
* Support change management by training and advising users.
Provide second-level functional support.
* Ensure data quality, platform security, and process compliance.
* Contribute to optimizing business processes and integrating digital tools (ERP, BIM, etc.).
* Proactively propose improvements to tools and working methods.\- Manage the CAFM tool deployment project
### **Your Profile**
Your profile:
* An engineering degree or equivalent experience, ideally complemented by a project management certification,
* At least two years’ experience deploying or administering a CAFM solution, preferably in Facility Management, maintenance, or construction sectors,
* Solid understanding of technical and maintenance processes,
* Excellent command of French and good proficiency in English,
* Knowledge of German is an asset.
