You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, become a technical reference in your specialty, and actively participate in key project decision-making. Location: **Barcelona/Tarragona** Your experience in **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** will be essential to collaborate on high-impact Data Center projects and work with multiple stakeholders. ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead the **design phase** of the relevant discipline **(Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)** in **Data Center** projects. * Develop and implement **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** strategies to optimize design and project outcomes. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, client, and suppliers) to ensure technical and scheduling alignment. * Analyze project requirements and propose innovative technical solutions to engineering challenges. * **Coordinate and supervise the Quantity Surveyor’s work during construction**, ensuring consistency among design, measurements, costs, and execution. * Monitor project progress and propose adjustments to guarantee adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. * Participate in technical and coordination meetings, contributing expert judgment in your specialty. ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Expert-level proficiency in **Building Information Modeling (BIM)** applied to engineering projects. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles or in Data Center or critical infrastructure projects. * University degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, aligned with your specialty. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Expert-level proficiency in **Measurements and Cost Estimation (Bill of Quantities)**. * Expert-level proficiency in **Cost Analysis**. * Advanced proficiency in **Tender Management**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Infrastructure Design**. * Prior experience in **Data Center** projects or complex industrial environments.
