Position Summary: Prointer is seeking an Industrial Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to manage construction projects, lead teams, and ensure excellence and results across diverse projects. We seek a professional who not only **manages construction projects**, but also commits to **excellence** and **results** for each project. **Compensation and Benefits (Salary Transparency)** At Prointer, we reward technical and economic management capability clearly: * **Fixed Salary:** Annual gross salary range between **€25,000 and €32,000**, depending on experience, competencies, and technical qualifications. **Terms reviewed after the first year.** * **Variable Compensation:** A **performance-based bonus system** tied to objectives and outcomes of managed projects, applicable from the first year. This incentive scheme is designed so that, based on the success and profitability of the projects you lead, your total annual compensation may reach **€45,000 gross**. * **Work-Life Balance:** **Friday afternoons are yours**, with reduced working hours. * **Equipment:** Company-provided **vehicle**, **fuel**, **mobile phone**, and **laptop**. * **Healthcare:** **Private health insurance**, effective after 6 months of employment. * **Stability:** We offer a demanding work environment with projects that foster your professional growth. **Your Mission on the Team** Your day-to-day responsibilities as Construction Manager at Prointer will include: * **Comprehensive Control:** Rigorous planning, execution, and economic control of construction projects. * **Coordination:** Technical direction and management of in-house teams and subcontractors from inception through final handover. * **Technical Management:** Preparation of budgets, technical studies, and contractual monitoring. **What We Are Looking For in You** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree.
