We are seeking a **Programmer Analyst** with experience in the **life insurance** sector to collaborate on innovative projects. As part of our team, you will act as the link between business and technical teams, helping ensure project success through detailed functional analysis and continuous collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Analysis of functional requirements** and translating them into clear specifications for the development team. * Close collaboration with the client to ensure their needs and expectations are met. * **Management of functional testing** to ensure developed solutions are of high quality. * Working hand-in-hand with multidisciplinary teams, promoting **coordination between business and development**. * Participating in defining innovative technological solutions within the **life insurance** sector. * **Technical and functional documentation** of all implemented processes and solutions. Requirements * Previous experience as a **Functional Analyst** in insurance sector projects, especially in **life insurance**. * Knowledge in **software development** (technical background valued). * Ability to clearly and thoroughly define and **document functional requirements**. * Experience working in agile teams and managing **functional testing**. * Skill in **coordinating between technical and business teams**. * **English proficiency valued** for interaction with international teams. * **Experience in hybrid environments** and adaptability.
