As Civil Works Site Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting drawings, defining construction designs, evaluating equipment specifications, and managing equipment procurement proposals. Additionally, you will interact directly with suppliers and clients, and closely collaborate with the technical team during project execution. **Responsibilities:** * Analytical capacity regarding the assigned project. * Planning and organization of the construction site. * Proposal of procedures and strategies to improve performance and outcomes of the works. * Cost control (cost allocations, valued reports, monthly closings, deviation analysis). * Preparation of comparative analyses (purchase order and contract control). * Supplier and subcontractor management. * Preparation of measurements and proposal of client certification. * Quality assurance control. * Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. Requirements * Degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Civil Works Site Manager (earthworks). * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training (60 hours). * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness to travel within the province of Burgos. * Residence within the province of Burgos.
