Our work includes both in-house projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management companies. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are seeking a **Building Studies Technician** to work on projects with one of our clients in **Madrid.** **Key responsibilities:** * Preparation of construction budgets * Quantity take-offs from drawings * Preparation of technical and economic offers * Cost analysis and supplier comparisons * Preparation of tender documentation * Updating of price databases. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a major engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements:** * Technical education: Technical Engineer / Technical Architect / Industrial Engineer / Civil Engineer. * +3 years of experience in construction studies / technical office. * Experience preparing quantity take-offs and budgets using Presto * Ability to analyze projects and drawings * Experience in tenders or studies for construction companies / EPC contractors * Presto (mandatory) * Advanced Microsoft Excel * AutoCAD (drawing interpretation) * Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (basic planning knowledge) * BC3 / construction price databases (CYPE, IVE, etc.)
