In addition, we have diversified into specialized divisions for water management, waste, renewable energy and rehabilitation, operating in different countries such as Mexico, Poland and Spain. We are currently seeking a candidate to join as Building Estimating Technician. Reporting to the Head of Building Estimating in Barcelona, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Studying and preparing the necessary documentation to submit assigned tenders, according to the guidelines of the issuing authority and the Head of the Estimating Department, with the aim of securing project awards for the company. * Preparing budgets, preliminary designs and proposals, as well as presenting and defending them to clients. * Evaluating and conducting economic assessments of potential projects. * Drafting variants and project proposals for bids. * Monitoring tender openings and overseeing the preparation and distribution of related reports. **WE OFFER** * The opportunity to join a solid company in a period of growth. * Flexible compensation: Option to contract transportation vouchers, childcare benefits, and/or private health insurance. * Flexible working hours.
