BIM Architect Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Architect Trainee to support project development and BIM model management at an international real estate consultancy. Key Highlights: 1. Support in project development and BIM model management. 2. Training and experience in BIM methodology and design software. 3. Collaboration with BIM coordinators and the BIM Manager. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a BIM Architect Trainee to join our Architecture Division, based at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: Support BIM Coordinators and the BIM Manager in developing Basic and Execution Projects for the Office Implementation Department. * Proficiency in Revit enabling development of discipline-specific BIM models according to Savills' BIM Management System. * Knowledge of rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, etc., for creating visualizations, as well as Photoshop. * Coordinate the creation and updating of BIM models across various project phases. * Manage BIM models to ensure accurate quantity take-offs using Cost\-It and Presto. * Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud for collaborative development of Revit models. * Degree in Architecture. * BIM methodology training and experience are mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, rendering software, and Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced English proficiency. * Organized, methodical individual with strong teamwork skills and results-oriented mindset.
