Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing urban planning certificates, technical reports, and monitoring urban development projects, including management of special plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Urban planning certificate preparation functions 2. Management of special environmental and territorial adaptation plans 3. Monitoring of detailed studies and various projects We are seeking a professional to prepare urban planning certificates, technical reports, and monitor various projects. This includes managing special environmental and territorial adaptation plans for irregular buildings, and monitoring detailed studies. This position is located in ARAHAL and offers a full-time interim contract. Working hours are from 8:00 to 15:00, with a monthly salary of 3491 euros. A valid professional qualification authorizing practice as an architect is required. Additional training in urban planning and management, as well as knowledge of Law 7/2021 on promoting territorial sustainability in Andalusia, will be considered advantageous.
