Job Summary: An architect is sought to prepare urban planning certificates, draft technical reports, and monitor projects, including managing environmental and territorial adaptation plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of urban planning certificates and drafting of technical reports. 2. Management of special environmental and territorial adaptation plans. 3. Monitoring of detailed studies and various projects. A professional is sought to prepare urban planning certificates, draft technical reports, and monitor various projects. This includes managing special environmental and territorial adaptation plans for irregular buildings and monitoring detailed studies. This position is located in ARAHAL and offers a full-time interim contract. Working hours are from 8:00 to 15:00, with a monthly salary of 3491 euros. A valid professional qualification enabling practice as an architect is required. Additional training in urban planning and management, as well as knowledge of Law 7/2021 on promoting territorial sustainability in Andalusia, will be considered favorably.
