The position will be part of a specialized team focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI, developing advanced capabilities for document extraction, classification, analysis, and exploitation within an enterprise banking environment. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain AI applications focused on document processing and document intelligence. * Implement solutions based on NLP, OCR, embeddings, text classification, semantic similarity, and information extraction. * Develop and maintain APIs associated with AI and Machine Learning capabilities. * Deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications in Kubernetes environments. * Participate in building and evolving CI/CD pipelines. * Apply best practices in testing, code quality, and security. * Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, CTOs, and engineering teams. * Contribute to the industrialization and scalability of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. ### **✅ Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Approximately 4 years of experience developing and maintaining production applications with AI components. * Solid experience in Python and SQL. * Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes. * Development of APIs for AI and Machine Learning services. * Knowledge of Git and CI/CD processes. * Experience with quality, testing, and security tools such as Pytest, Sonar, Fortify, or similar. * Practical knowledge of NLP: tokenization, embeddings, text classification, and semantic similarity. * Experience with Generative AI, LLMOps, and agent-based architectures. * Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, or similar. * Experience in supervised and unsupervised learning applied to real-world use cases. * Practical experience with OCR and document processing. **Highly Desirable:** * Experience designing and implementing ETL processes using Python and Spark. * Experience with Airflow, Control\-M, or other orchestration tools. * Experience with AWS (especially Step Functions) and/or Azure Functions. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). * Experience with MLflow or Kubeflow. * Experience with Databricks or Cloudera. * Knowledge of Kafka or streaming technologies. * Experience with Kibana, Dynatrace, or observability tools. * Knowledge of ElasticSearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Starburst, or S3\. * Experience with RAG solutions and Generative AI–based chatbots. * Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or C\+\+. * Experience with mathematical optimization and engines such as Gurobi, CPLEX, CBC, or Pyomo. * Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI. ### **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * 100% remote work mode. * Customized career plan and continuous training. * Participation in innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI projects. * International environment and collaboration with global teams. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
