Join our team and advance your career at a company offering real growth opportunities—where you can make a difference and no two days are ever the same.** ==================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== We are looking for an **AI Engineer specialized in AI agents (Agentic AI Engineer)** to join a project in **Barcelona**, focused on designing, developing, and deploying large-scale advanced generative artificial intelligence and conversational assistant solutions. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- Design and develop conversational AI agents based on generative AI and multi-agent architectures. Build and maintain AI solution backends using Python (FastAPI) in cloud environments. Integrate intelligent assistants with external systems (APIs, CRM, digital platforms, and communication channels). Collaborate in defining prompts, guardrails, and evaluation strategies to ensure response quality. Implement solutions for monitoring and evaluating large language models (LLMs). Apply best practices for security and privacy in AI systems. Participate in the design of scalable and robust architectures. **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related data-focused disciplines. Backend development experience with Python (minimum 3 years). Experience with FastAPI and APIs. Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP. Experience integrating systems and external APIs. Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure). English proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- Experience with agentic architectures (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar). Experience with conversational assistants or chatbots. Knowledge of language model evaluation and observability. Experience with LLM monitoring tools.
