Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the technical management and execution of modular housing projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and regulatory compliance, while fostering collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead modular housing projects in Almussafes. 2. Supervise work execution, quality, and safety. 3. Coordinate teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. We are currently looking to incorporate a Site Manager into our professional team, reporting to the Off-Site Production Department. **Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include:** – Leading the technical management and execution of modular housing projects valued between €1 million and €4 million at our Almussafes facilities. – Supervising work execution to ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications. – Ensuring proper quality control and adherence to established timelines. – Ensuring compliance with applicable construction legislation and occupational health and safety measures. – Fostering a collaborative work environment by directing and coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. – Coordinating post-sales activities. * Preparing material take-offs and placing orders to ensure timely and proper construction of housing units. * Project certifications. **Minimum Requirements:** – Higher education: Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. – Proficiency in English is desirable. – Prior experience of 2–5 years in construction, preferably in high-end residential housing. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Proactive, responsible, and committed individual. * Passionate about new construction technologies.
