Responsibilities \- Advisory support throughout all phases of station construction projects (definition, analysis, design, tendering, construction/development, implementation, testing, and acceptance). * Drafting technical specifications based on the client’s internal documentation regarding technical specification content. * Supporting preparation of special conditions of contract, including systematic collection and classification of required documentation. * Designing, developing, and defining various station components from technical and architectural perspectives. * Technical monitoring of development and execution of projects drafted by external teams, as well as supervision of projects and coordination with other departments. * Technical monitoring of technical direction services provided by external teams. * Supporting technical evaluations of projects during tenders. * Technical reports and recommendations regarding construction works. * Technical presentations. * Preparing progress updates on ongoing projects. * Drafting reports (e.g., accessibility reports, evaluated scope studies and notes, institutional requests, etc.). * External administrative procedures (General Sub-Directorate for Inspections and Construction Works, State Agency for Rail Safety). * Designing, coordinating, and managing signage and furniture. * Assuming the role of technical director—specifically, as site manager or construction manager—for small-scale works that do not affect railway infrastructure subsystems, structural modifications, or significant facility alterations requiring full legal certification of installations. * Providing expert, ad-hoc advisory support during coordination of projects, construction works, or external administrative procedures related to managed stations. Requirements Experience in: Building construction projects within the railway environment or related to transport. Overall professional experience: \> 10 years Experience in this position: 5 years Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Master’s in Architecture.
