Job Summary: Ineco is seeking a professional to perform technical reviews of proposals addressing contractual incidents arising during railway building construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities Technical review of proposals related to various contractual incidents arising under construction contracts during project execution and until project completion: * Contract modifications. * Final certifications. * Settlements. * Expenditure files. * Analysis of lump-sum items. * Proposals for new prices not considered as modifications under Article 242.4 of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP). Requirements \- Qualification: Technical Architecture / Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering and/or Architecture / Master's in Architecture. \- Experience: 2\- 7 years in building works and projects within the railway environment (practical on-site experience is mandatory).
