Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to prepare and review technical projects for infrastructure, building construction, and rehabilitation, providing technical support and safety coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of specialized technical reports and projects 2. Review of technical documentation in accordance with regulations 3. Technical support in construction management and safety coordination **Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Preparation of technical and consultancy reports on infrastructure and materials. * Preparation of preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects in the field of technical architecture. * Preparation of rehabilitation projects for installations and buildings. * Review of technical documentation and projects related to infrastructure, applying mandatory regulatory requirements and specific regulations applicable to each relevant authority. * Preparation of technical documentation for building construction, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of naval infrastructure. * Technical support to building construction management teams. * Safety and Health Coordination. * Preparation of technical specifications. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Qualifications** * Technical Architect degree, or * Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction (Professional qualification as Technical Architect published in BOE A\-2007\-2247\) **Experience** * Specific training in Work Methodology and BIM Modeling for Construction (minimum 20 hours of instruction) * Experience in duties equivalent to those required under this contract (Technical Support in Technical Architecture) (minimum 6 years) **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Training in Work Methodology and BIM Modeling for Construction Execution Projects (more than 220 hours of instruction). * Experience in duties equivalent to those required under this contract (Technical Support in Technical Architecture) (more than 10 years) * Experience in Execution Projects performing duties as Technical Architect for projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts (more than 4 projects)
