A Technical Architect is needed to join our Technical Office department. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 14:00, representing a part-time schedule. Main responsibilities will include drafting building projects, preparing reports for Energy Efficiency Certificates (EEC), processing files related to the Institute of the Family Business of the Valencian Community (IEECV), as well as managing cadastral procedures, among other duties inherent to the position. For this role, it is essential to have strong teamwork skills and access to a personal vehicle.
