Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect with experience in construction management for a hybrid role involving on-site supervision and office-based management within a collaborative environment. We aim to incorporate into our team a **Technical Architect (DEO profile)** with demonstrable prior experience in a construction company / on-site work, who wishes to transition into an office role while maintaining substantial involvement in overseeing construction execution. We seek a proactive, dynamic individual with enthusiasm and eagerness to grow within a collaborative environment. **Your Responsibilities** As the technical responsible profile, your main duties will include: * **Construction Execution Management (DEO):** On-site leadership and technical supervision to ensure construction quality and rigor. * **Hybrid Management:** Coordination between on-site requirements and technical office tasks (measurements, budgeting and cost control, CASH FLOW, construction scheduling, negotiation and contracting with subcontractors, invoice tracking, site visit reports, etc.). * **Technical and Regulatory Control:** Interpretation of design documents and application of current building regulations. * **Stakeholder Liaison:** Direct management with the Client, construction company / site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other technical team members to ensure timely project delivery. **What We Are Looking For** * Education in **Technical Architecture** or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering (mandatory). * **4 to 6 years’ experience** in similar roles related to building construction management and/or construction companies. Prior active participation in high-end single-family residential projects—both structurally and interior-design-wise—will be positively considered. * Full proficiency in **Catalan and Spanish** (mandatory). * Prior experience or knowledge in **interior design** projects is a plus. * A **proactive** individual with **analytical vision**, **operational autonomy**, and strong **problem-solving skills**. * On-site incorporation to provide direct support to the area management. * Valid driver’s license. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time position. * Working hours from 8:00\-09:30 a.m. to 6:00/6:30 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Attractive remuneration. * Salary negotiable according to experience. * Continuous training.
