Job Offer: We are seeking a **Technician**, primarily for **field technician** duties, with occasional site visits, to join a surveying/cartography company. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for setting-out and topographic surveys. Tasks to be performed: * Preparation and modification of 2D drawings (preferably). * Integration with the development team and implementation of BIM methodology. * Support for measurements and technical documentation. * Document archiving and control. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience in construction setting-out. * Essential proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Experience in point cloud management, BIM modeling, or use of Revit or Cyclone (Leica) will be valued. * A drone pilot course (A1/A3/STS01) will be valued. * Seriousness, positive attitude, commitment, and professionalism towards client needs. * Proactive attitude for teamwork. * Preferably residing in Seville or its surroundings. * Self-motivated, organized individual with self-management capability and commitment to quality. * Valid Class B driving license.
