DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leading company in energy solutions, is looking to incorporate a Mechanical Designer with solid experience and proven track record to join our team. We offer the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge projects within the industrial sector, working on the design and development of industrial plants at our offices in Derio (preferred) or Madrid. **About the role:** As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for the conception, design, and development of mechanical installation projects for industrial plants across various sectors, including energy, chemical, and related industries. Your work will be essential for the successful execution of our projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparation of complete mechanical projects for industrial plants. * Detailed piping design, including material selection, sizing, and technical specifications. * 3D modeling of piping systems, equipment, structures, and other components using specialized software. * Generation of 2D drawings from 3D models, such as piping isometrics, fabrication and assembly drawings. * Design of pipe supports and associated structures. * Coordination with other departments (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure design feasibility and optimization. * Review and validation of designs to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industrial standards. * Participation in defining plant layouts and space optimization. * Preparation of material and equipment lists. * Technical support during construction and commissioning phases. **Candidate requirements:** We are seeking a professional with a background in Technical Engineering, Higher Technician in Mechanical Project Development, or Higher Technician in Thermal and Fluid Systems Project Development. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial designer is essential, with at least 3 years of experience gained in Spain. **Required skills and knowledge:** * Proven experience in the design and development of industrial plants, especially in the energy and chemical sectors. * Advanced proficiency in CAD design software, with special emphasis on: * Autocad Plant 3D (or similar) * Navisworks * Autocad 2D * Demonstrable experience in 3D piping modeling in industrial environments. * Ability to design pipe supports, equipment, and metallic structures. * Skill in extracting 2D drawings (isometrics, fabrication drawings, etc.) from 3D models. * Solid knowledge of technical and safety regulations applicable to the industry. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * Communication and teamwork skills. **Will be valued positively:** * Experience with other 3D modeling tools or simulation software. * Knowledge of specific regulations in other industrial sectors. * Experience in project management and planning. **Collaboration conditions:** * Location: Derio (preferred) or Madrid. * Contract: Permanent (after trial period). * Salary: Competitive, according to candidate's experience and qualifications. * Join a dynamic and professional team within a growing company.
