Junior Developer for AI and RPA Virtual Agents

We are seeking a **Junior Developer for AI and RPA Virtual Agents in Burgos** for new projects. **Responsibilities**: * Analyze business processes alongside senior profiles to identify automation opportunities using AI and RPA. * Design, configure, and test conversational virtual agents using tools such as N8N, Copilot Studio, or AI hosted on Azure. * Develop Python scripts and microbots for RPA to automate repetitive tasks. * Integrate virtual agents and robots with external systems via APIs, webhooks, and cloud services. * Perform maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution for already-deployed automations. * Document developments, workflows, and best practices to facilitate maintenance and scaling. * Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with objectives. * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in conversational AI, autonomous agents, and RPA technologies. **Requirements**: * Practical knowledge of one or more of the following tools: N8N, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Services, OpenAI/LLM APIs. * Programming skills in Python for process automation. * Database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL). * Experience with API REST, JSON, and Web Services integrations is a plus. * Strong analytical ability, solution-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn emerging technologies. * Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Valid driver's license **Workplace**: * Burgos **What we offer**: * Immediate incorporation into a leading digitalization organization * Permanent contract * Compensation based on candidate’s experience and qualifications
