Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Quantity Surveyor to develop office renovation projects, managing suppliers, quality, deadlines, and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive development and management of office renovation projects 2. Management of procurement and coordination of suppliers 3. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Presto, and Office Responsibilities: * Development of office renovation projects. * Management of supplier procurement and coordination. * Management of quality, delivery schedules, and project costs, delivering turnkey projects. * Site supervision, including direct client communication. Requirements: * Degree in Technical Architecture or Quantity Surveying. * 2–3 years of experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Presto, and Microsoft Office Suite. * A solution-oriented individual with strong client focus and leadership capability.
