For new projects in the **construction sector**, we require an **INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL ENGINEER** based in **Madrid**. **Scope and Responsibilities:** Engineering during the bidding phase * Technical definition and calculation of instrumentation, automation, and control solutions. * Definition of control and automation architectures. * Preparation of technical specifications and engineering documentation. * Preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material estimations. * Technical request and analysis of supplier quotations. * Evaluation and selection of instrumentation and control equipment. Engineering during the execution phase * Design and development of process instrumentation, automation, and control systems. * Control architectures. * Loop diagrams. * Logic diagrams and control schematics. * Instrument and I/O lists. * Instrument data sheets. * Technical specifications for equipment. * Installation layout drawings and instrumentation layouts. * Instrumentation wiring and connections. * Definition and sizing of instruments and control equipment. * Technical coordination with other disciplines: electrical, mechanical, process, civil works, and telecommunications. * Review and coordination of supplier documentation.
