Job Summary: You will analyze offers, develop and design installations, perform calculations, optimize designs, and control construction execution and legalization. Key Points: 1. Offer analysis and facility development. 2. Construction execution control and monitoring. 3. Supervision of the facility legalization process. **These are the main responsibilities:** analyzing major offers and budgets, developing and designing required installations. You will also perform justification calculations, carry out layout planning, and optimize installation design. Additionally, you will control and monitor the construction execution schedule and supervise the facility legalization process. For this position, prior experience is required, along with knowledge of AUTOCAD and Office, as well as the RITE and CTE regulations. A permanent full-time contract is offered. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30, and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00\. The salary is over €25,000 gross per year, and the workplace is in Rivas Vaciamadrid.
