This position is critical to implementing and managing BIM models across our construction projects, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain BIM models for construction projects, following established standards and protocols. * Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure effective integration of BIM models. * Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and constructability analysis. * Generate technical documentation, drawings, and reports from BIM models. * Participate in defining and implementing BIM strategies for continuous process improvement. * Provide technical support and BIM tool training to other team members. * Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable BIM regulations. Qualifications * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience using BIM methodologies and tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650). * Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and solve problems. * Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Seize the challenge.
