Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive management of construction projects, from budget preparation and project analysis to economic monitoring and permit processing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of construction budgets and projects 2. Cost control and scheduling of execution timelines 3. Management of technical and administrative documentation, and processing of permits * Preparation, review, and monitoring of construction budgets. * Study and analysis of construction projects. * Quantity surveying and preparation of construction certifications. * Solicitation and comparison of supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Cost control and economic monitoring of construction projects. * Planning and monitoring of execution timelines. * Preparation of technical and administrative construction documentation. * Management and processing of documentation for permits and licenses. * Monitoring of certifications, contracts, and purchase orders. * Site visits for data collection, quantity surveying, and technical inspections.
