Collaboration with management technical staff **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Technical Architect or Civil Engineer (Public Works) or Forestry Engineer or Agricultural Engineer to support construction projects in Ciudad Real. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ciudad Real Address: Italia Street, 10 **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Procurement duties including preparation of request-for-tender documents and tender specifications * Evaluation of received bids * Verification and control of documentation submitted by bidders * Support to Management technical staff regarding preparation of request-for-tender documents and tender specifications * Processing of tenders via the public sector procurement platform **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, supporting documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional details from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a degree in Technical Architecture or a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Forestry Engineering or Civil Engineering (Public Works) (degree officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Class B driving license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training on the public sector procurement platform * Training on the Public Sector Contracts Act ### **Prior Experience** * 6 months to 2 years of experience performing procurement technician duties, including preparation of request-for-tender documents and tender specifications * 6 months to 1 year of experience in verification and control of bidder documentation **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension for another 6 months, subject to applicable legal limits on maximum duration per contractual modality under current labor legislation. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, the specific project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate.
