DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **3D Mechanical Design Engineer** with at least **2 years of experience** to participate in fixed-wing drone development projects within the Defense sector. The selected candidate will be involved in the mechanical design of aerospace platforms, collaborating on aircraft design and integration, definition of interfaces between equipment and structure, equipment layout, and creation of digital mock-ups, assemblies, and technical documentation using 3D CAD tools. REQUIREMENTS * At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD tools. * Engineering degree. * Experience in mechanical design. * Solid knowledge of composite materials, including design, manufacturing, and/or structural analysis of components. * Experience in: * Design of interfaces between equipment and structure. * Equipment layout for optimal centering. * Optimization of equipment layout (cabling, RF, volumes, actuations, etc.). * Creation of complete digital mock-ups. * Creation of assemblies and drawings using 3D CAD. * Creation of 3D CAD models for manuals. * Creation and management of bills of materials. * Configuration control of platforms (change control, concessions, design instructions). * Ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Intermediate level of English. * Expert level of Spanish. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with Siemens NX. * Experience in the aerospace sector. * Experience in automotive or rail sectors. * Experience in UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) development. * Experience with other aerospace platforms. * Knowledge of systems integration. * Knowledge of aerospace structures. * Knowledge of aerospace product development processes.
