




The Location Services Analyst executes the services in his/her areas of responsibility and may oversee the work of junior team members. The scope of the job may include a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered on\-site at an Accenture location or across multiple locations. These may include workspace set\-up, audio\-visual support, catering services, document services, switchboard services, reception services, floor support services and other location services. He/She is expected to independently carry out routine tasks according to Workplace Solutions guidelines and/or under supervision of a supervisor. **Key Responsibilities:** * Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set\-up, A/V support, catering, document services, switchboard, reception, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services. The role involves a variety of responsibilities to support workplace operations, including: * **Administrative \& Operational Support:** Performing location\-specific administrative tasks, managing invoices, and handling duplicating and archival processes. * **Facilities \& Vendor Management:** Acting as a contact for landlords and external providers, managing contracts, and maintaining general use areas. * **Employee Experience:** Supporting new joiner integration, greeting visitors, managing space reservations, and providing AV and meeting room support. * **Health, Safety \& Security:** Implementing safety protocols and maintaining related records. * **Technical \& Tool Support:** Offering basic tech support for office equipment and Workplace Solutions tools, including training and troubleshooting. * **Commodity \& Strategy Oversight:** Supporting the management of Workplace Solutions commodities and ensuring compliance with strategy. * Problem\-solve by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts. * Act as a resource for questions from workgroup and customers. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Analyst with the office or workgroup. * May be involved in actions related to programs or projects * Service industry experience (2 years\+) * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Strong customer service skills * Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills * Knowledge and experience using various computer systems
