In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, collaborating with expert teams on key processes such as billing, collections, and reconciliations. The challenge ahead: * Support billing and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. * Verify relevant billing information such as customer tax details. * Collaborate on supplier payments and resolve basic issues with other teams. * Perform bank and customer reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records. * Identify and resolve discrepancies in balances, revenues, or payments, maintaining strict control over the financial cycle. * Work closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Accounting to resolve operational issues. * Document operational procedures and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal financial processes. Profile: * Experience: 1–2 years in a junior financial role (billing, AR/AP, reconciliations, accounting, or administrative support). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; interest in learning ERPs (Navision) or billing platforms. * Competencies: Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, good communicator, and team player. * Languages: Advanced Spanish and fluent English.
