Keep reading… Your mission will be to ensure the proper and timely recording of the company's financial transactions, to prepare reliable and timely reports that contribute to management and facilitate strategic decision-making, and to ensure compliance with established accounting processes and procedures that support internal control. Reporting to the Financial Coordination and Management team, your main responsibilities will include: **Accounting and Financial Management** * Support the team in completing accounting closings on time as required by the parent company. * Supervise and record various accounting entries, including reclassifications. * Analyze and reconcile assigned accounting accounts. * Manage and account for amortizations. * Record, monitor, and prepare reports on accounting provisions. * Prepare detailed financial analyses on profitability and expense execution. * Prepare reports on balance sheet turnover, working capital, among others. * Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations. **Tax Compliance and Fiscal Obligations** * Continuously monitor compliance with tax obligations and other regulations such as electronic invoicing, ECOEMBES, among others. * Prepare working files for tax filings, including analysis and reconciliation. * Submit invoices to SII. Maintain up-to-date and correct operation of the invoice submission software. **Other Activities** * Support the development of the annual budget. * Support, prepare, and provide information during internal and external audits. * Assist in the preparation and filing of the group's annual accounts. * Accompany, account for, and track inventory in the logistics warehouse and production. What do you need to succeed in this role? * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Finance, or Economics and Finance. * Previous professional experience of 3/4 years performing similar functions as required in this offer. * Ability to perform financial analysis and prepare accounting reports. * Knowledge of tax compliance and regulations. * Advanced level of Excel, essential. * Proficiency in SAP, essential.
