Highlights: 1. Lead and optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness 2. Drive food safety, H&S culture, and sustainable practices in logistics 3. Develop talent and strengthen team engagement within the logistics department Overview: **Warehouse Sr Leader** Overall responsibility for Etxabarri Warehouse (including Raw Materials), identifying and implementing strategies designed to increase efficiency by streamlining Distribution and Supply Chain Operations while managing logistics networks. SERVICE: Define Supply alternatives, maximizing product availability to deliver the best Service to Sales COST: Analyzing the cost effectiveness of the delivery system. Understand supply chain network and utilizes data and predictive analytics to increase productivity and reduce time to market QUALITY \& PRODUCT: ensure applies in warehouses the food safety programs, processes and standards. Be the logistics partner in the process of Product recovery in Iberia Snack. PEOPLE \& PURPOSE: Responsible to build H\&S Culture and innovate to make increasingly sustainable, minimizing impact on the environment. Build talent in Etxabarri’s logistics team. OHS: define the planning and action Plan to make warehouse the best and great place to work Responsibilities: * GEHSMS working on programs in search for excellent safe behaviors and achieve GEHSMS score previously define by Sector * Coordinate together with H\&S Manager to ensure the compliance of Best Practices in Logistic operation * Quickly analyses complex problems (operational \& personal) to find actionable actions, making the right decision without sacrificing long\-term results * Capex Plan: ensure commitments for Etxabarri Warehouse Capital Plan defined, assuring projects are delivered on time with not any disruption. * Reduce Costs, systems management capability to capture productivity and achieve maximum efficiency of Operations. * Strengthen Talent engagement and Development Talent management, Lead and support the growth and development. This includes resources to support the individual career development, and increase the capability to support the development of the Team. * Advantage Group Survey: focus on Customer, collaborate with Customer Collaboration and define action plans with Plant Manager to ensure compliance and best service with the requirements of customers. Qualifications: * Education: university degree (Management and/or Engineering) * English high level * 4\-6 years of Supply Chain experience * Strong Analytical and facilitation skills * Strong communication skills and 3er Party management skills * Superior Supply Chain Planning skills * Influence \& Impact skills * Strong project management skills * Superior computer and system skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
