Maintaining constant and clear communication with customers and carriers—addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the service—is essential. You must also be agile in identifying and resolving issues as they arise, minimizing any disruptions along the supply chain. Comprehensive route management—from planning through to completion—will be a core component of this role.
