Responsibilities: * Customer service for managing pickup orders. * Opening files for subsequent invoicing. * Shipment tracking. * Preparation and management of documentation. * Resolution of traffic-related incidents. * Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. * French and/or German language skills are an advantage.
