Our key division focuses on delivering **innovative technological solutions for the transportation and mobility sector**, developing critical, highly scalable, high-volume transactional backend systems. ### **YOUR MISSION** Through this opportunity, you will lead the **Backend Development team**, actively participating in the **definition of the technical architecture**, and ensuring the **quality and evolution** of **Java- and Spring Boot-based microservice solutions**, within **cloud (AWS)** environments and complex enterprise projects. ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Lead and coordinate the **backend development team** * Define and ensure the **technical architecture** of solutions * Supervise **code quality** and adherence to best practices * Plan and prioritize tasks jointly with the team * Coordinate work with **frontend, QA, DevOps, and business teams** * Ensure **system integration** and correct project execution * Resolve **complex technical incidents** * Drive **continuous improvement** of both the team and the solution ### **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of our requirements.
