The main responsibilities include: * Support the Project Manager in achieving the objectives set by management for their projects/construction works. * Supervise project/construction progress on-site, ensuring correct execution (quality and deadlines). * Efficiently manage the assigned team, assign tasks to personnel and ensure their completion. * Properly control materials, vehicles and tools assigned to the project/construction work. * Validate delivery notes for materials received at the project/construction site. * Prepare and/or supervise “Work Reports” and “Installation Schedules”. * Prepare and/or supervise “Inspection Point Programmes”. * Implement necessary measures to protect the safety and health of oneself and the team. * Properly process environmental management-related documents (e.g., waste delivery notes, certificates, periodic inspections, etc.). Required Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics, Technical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in companies within the sector. * Valid driving licence category B. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training / Preventive Resource (60 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS training in Electrical Safety (6 hours) + Railway Infrastructure (6 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS training in Working at Height. * OHS training in Confined Spaces. Willingness to travel and availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract.
