The main responsibilities include: * Supporting the Project Manager to achieve the objectives set by management for their projects/construction works. * On-site supervision of project/construction progress, ensuring correct execution (quality and deadlines). * Efficient management of the assigned team, assigning tasks to individuals and ensuring their completion. * Proper control of materials, vehicles and tools assigned to the project/construction work. * Validating delivery notes for materials received at the project/construction site. * Preparing and/or supervising “Work Reports” and “Installation Schedules”. * Preparing and/or supervising “Inspection Point Programs”. * Implementing necessary measures to protect the safety and health of oneself and the team. * Properly processing environmental management-related documentation (e.g., waste delivery notes, certificates, periodic inspections, etc.). Required Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity and Electronics, Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in companies within the sector is desirable. * Valid Class B driving license. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training / Preventive Resource (60 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS training in Electricity (6 hours) + Railways (6 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS training in Working at Height. * OHS training in Confined Spaces. Willingness to travel and availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.
