




Position Summary: We are seeking a purchasing professional to manage orders, plan deliveries, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize processes in a textile company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and tracks orders and plans deliveries. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and resolves incidents. 3. Collaborates on process improvements to reduce costs. We are looking for a candidate for the purchasing position at a textile company in Redondela. Responsibilities include managing and tracking orders, planning deliveries of raw materials and packaging materials, negotiating with suppliers and identifying alternatives, coordinating transportation and supervising goods, as well as resolving incidents and supplier claims. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining materials in the ERP system, preparing periodic departmental reports, and collaborating on process improvements to reduce costs. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00\. The contract is temporary, full-time, with possible extension and realistic prospects for continuity. Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/supply departments, preferably in industrial environments. * Vocational Training Degree in Commerce and Administration or equivalent. * Additional training in Supply Chain is desirable. * English level B2\. * Advanced Excel and Windows environment skills. * ERP experience is desirable. * Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. * Availability regarding working hours and start date.
