This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **#WeAreBalearia #TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as **Port Operations Agent** at our headquarters in **Alcudia**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring the cargo capacity of each vessel’s various holds and the license plates of vehicles scheduled for embarkation, ensuring proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the established plan to the office. * Managing vehicle embarkation and disembarkation operations in marshalling areas and on the quay, following established protocols and supporting mobility for those requiring assistance. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic in pre-embarkation and embarkation marshalling areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. * Performing auxiliary administrative and operational tasks inherent to the role. ### **What Do We Offer You?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
