This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this seal for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as **Operations Agent** at our offices in **Formentera**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring the capacity of various cargo holds on each vessel and the license plates of vehicles to be embarked, ensuring proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the schedule to the office. * Managing vehicle embarkation and disembarkation operations on the marshalling area and quay, following established protocols and supporting mobility for those who require it. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic in pre\-embarkation and embarkation areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. * Performing auxiliary administrative and operational tasks related to the activity. ### **What Do We Offer You?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
