Your main responsibilities will include: • Goods receipt: receiving materials and goods, including verification and registration. • Order preparation: managing and preparing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and service quality. • Warehouse and inventory management: organizing the warehouse and controlling stock, including tracking immobilized stock. • Transportation and shipments: coordinating transportation, shipments, and deliveries with various logistics providers. • Customization: coordinating garment customization services (embroidery, screen printing, and sewing workshop). • Customer and store service: serving customers in-store and through various channels, delivering close, solution-oriented support. • ERP usage: recording and managing operations via the company’s ERP system. ### **Requirements** We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual eager to collaborate and contribute to Umaran’s ongoing development plan. The following attributes will be positively considered: • Experience: prior experience in logistics, warehousing, order preparation, and/or in-store customer service is valued. • Education: vocational or higher education in logistics (intermediate or advanced level) or related fields is highly desirable. • Digital tools: proficiency in ERP systems (DELSOL preferred) and Microsoft Office at user level. • Attitude: an active, dynamic, organized individual with attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and commitment to adding value to the company. • Customer interaction: customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit environment. • Other: possession of a valid driver’s license is advantageous. • Sectors: ideal — though not limited — to the following sectors: workwear, safety equipment, industrial supplies, cleaning products, large retail stores… ### **Offer** What do we offer? • Growing project: join a company in full expansion phase, with real opportunities for professional development as the project scales. • Stability: permanent contract and full-time working hours.
